The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Andrew’s McKinley Springs Vineyard. This wine is crisp with vibrant lemon zest, gooseberry, and citrus finishing with cleansing lively acidity. We fermented an aged in stainless steel. The alcohol by volume is 13%. It was bottled April 2009.
